UXCO GROUP processes the following categories of personal data: identification data (name, surname, date of birth, etc.), contact details (email addresses, postal addresses, phone numbers, etc.), personal information (marital status, housing preferences, etc.), professional information (student or employee status, company name, financial resources, etc.), booking and payment data, as well as education and professional background data for job applicants.
The information collected by UXCO GROUP that is essential to fulfill the purposes mentioned above is marked with an asterisk (*) on the data collection forms. If you do not provide the required information, UXCO GROUP may not be able to deliver the relevant service.
Your data is collected directly by UXCO GROUP or may be provided to us by our business partners.
Data recipients
The personal data processed is mainly communicated or made accessible to the Commercial & Marketing and CSR Department, the Information Systems Department, the Finance Department, and the Human Resources Department of UXCO GROUP.
Your personal data may be shared with third parties, partners, and/or subcontractors of UXCO GROUP (for example, for IT hosting and maintenance purposes) for the purposes described in this Policy. Subcontractors acting under the instructions of UXCO GROUP are required to implement appropriate data protection measures.

Data Retention Period
